BLACKBERRY VINEGAR, BIODYNAMIC

A hand-crafted Biodynamic Blackberry Vinegar made from the juice (must) of Marionberry and Chester Blackberry crops on the Hoskins Berry Farm. This incredible vinegar is alive and raw with a fruity, zesty base that lasts on the palate. Add it to your favorite BBQ sauce or Salad dressing recipe and Enjoy! 

The berries are fermented to alcohol using a traditional method that captures the "native wild yeast" found naturally on the skins and stems of fruit growing in the Benton County region of Oregon. The alcohol is converted to acetic acid ( vinegar) using a "mother" of vinegar (scoby) native to Hoskins Berry Farm's fruit. The vinegar is then aged in oak barrels.

The Hoskins Berry Farm is certified as Demeter Biodynamic® and Organic.
