Starting with an organically grown Elephant Friendly™ whole leaf black Assam tea, a special tea grown at the foot of the Himalayas on a small tea farm that was the first to be certified as Elephant Friendly ™. Inspired Leaf Tea then blends in organic cinnamon, organic ginger, organic cardamom, organic peppercorn, organic star anise, and organic chilies. All the spices are ground in-house to give you the freshest tea possible.

The creamy, malty Assam black tea is the perfect base for this special chai blend. You can brew it as a traditional chai tea by brewing it in milk instead of water, or brew it in water and add a splash of milk or milk alternative. We love it with a splash of oat milk and a bit of pure maple syrup.
