Cabbage, Amarant (Organic) 

Brassica oleracea.  

The compact and dense heads of this early dark red cabbage are simply gorgeous. Its crunchy and juicy texture is a treat for the senses. The outer leaves have a stunning silver shimmer that not only adds to its appearance but also seems to repel aphids. This variety excels in high summer temperatures and is a reliable choice for early and main season cropping. The ideal planting timeframe for Cabbage Amarant is mid-June, but it can still produce full-sized heads when planted until mid-July.

As required by the Oregon Department of Agriculture and the Washington Crucifer Quarantine, all Brassica family seed lots have been tested and found negative for blackleg (Phoma lingam) by an approved, certified lab.
