Hummingbird Wildflower Honey has a dark, warm, rich flavor that changes with the seasons. Rich in minerals and favored by professional bakers. Honey will naturally crystallize over time but not diminish the quality or flavor, you may heat gently in a warm water bath to liquefy. Unfiltered and raw (not heated over 115°F) our honey still contains traces of pollen and propolis, and has no additives.
